Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Natural variations in wood grain, colour, and texture are characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

How to Return — Contact us at info@scottishshoehornco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds — Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items — Personalised or custom-engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift packaging add-ons are non-refundable.

Exchanges — We're happy to exchange items where stock allows. Please contact us to discuss.
